Other than making sure the preload is set properly in the 5-7mm range (give or take) not much else you can do.

Same here. Right rear only. I'm getting used to it. The motordyne helps too

I guess talking with BC dosnt fix anything huh? After checking out all the topics related to this seems like some ppl live with the noise? and others just sell em?:/ but why hasnt BC solved this issue if it has been going on for a while?

The infamous BC clunk. I'm actually surprised people still buy them given the massive amount of complaints all over the Internet. They're not cheap either.

I've had my BC's on since about December of last year, I have about 7000 miles on them now. Never heard the clunking noise on mine. When I had the K-Sports they did make some clunking noise though. Haven't had any issues with them on my car.

The clunking noise from BC Coilovers only happens on the AWD cars.

Not true at all.
Rwd here.
Many rwd folks have it.
Awd and rwd share the same rear strut

Just installed BC Coilovers on a Q50XS last week and didn't hear anything from the client. Could be certain batches? Sucks to hear this about that on many cars and only a small handful don't have issues.

Just makes no sense to continue to buy a product with hopes that you won't have issues. Why chance it from the get go?

My BC's on my maxima did the same, along with my G37.

Same Taiwanese stuff just different color different name. If you read all the reviews, you will see KW is highly recommended next to Tein.
