Clunking Noise after installing Eibach Lowering springs
Hey guys, this is my first time posting and dont know if there is already another thread like this but i would like to ask again. Recently I installed Eibach lowering springs into my 2008 G coupe. Immediately after installation a clunking noise began to be heard on all 4 sides of the car whenever a bump or crack was drove over. I did some research and thought that they might need to be broken in but the sound is still there and is the same. I also have read that sway bar bushings need to be regreased after installation, is this true? any help/suggestions would be great. thanks in advance.

Another rare thing that could've happened is that they installed one of those springs upside down. Trust me I've seen it before. Best of luck and let us know if you resolve the issue and what it ended up being.

Well in the rear, its very possible they didn't twist them in correctly to mate with the bottom seat position. There's only one way it can be put in and without extra care they may not notice that. Luckily the rear is VERY easy, you can remove the spring by removing 1 single bolt and reinstall yourself. I doubt they would mess up the front, hard to say.
