Difference between rear swaybar coupe sport and 2wd sedan?
I read all over the forum that the only rear-swaybar that is different is the 4wd which is a lot thinner. I read the coupe sport and the 2wd sedan is the same.
This does not seem to be the case when I looked on discountinfinitiparts.com as they all have different part numbers:
stabilizer bar w/o rr active strg, sedan, 2WD Part Number: 562301EA0C
stabilizer bar w/o rr active strg, coupe, w/Sport Part Number: 56230JL01B
stabilizer bar w/o rr active strg, sedan, 4WD [B]Part Number: 56230JK000
All the stabilizer bar bushings have different part numbers as well.
Anyone know what the actual difference is between the 2wd sedan and the coupe sport?

Sport models come with stiffer sway bars. But the sway bars are the same for a sport coupe and a sport sedan. Likewise the non sport coupe and non sport sedan share the same part.
So the difference in parts isn't whether it's a coupe or a sedan, it's whether is s sport or non sport.

I also located a Sport package sedan vin number, plugged it into: http://parts.infinitiusa.com/infinit...partcode=56230 and it pulled up the 2wd sedan swaybar, not the sport swaybar even though the VIN I supplied was for the 2wd sport package sedan
"Black Betty", in addition to the above. I saw a quote you gave:
"Stiffening only the rear will reduce understeer. It won't have as great an effect as if you stiffen both ends proportionally. A pair of stiffer bars are more balanced in relation to one another."
I know the AWD front sway bar is the thickest of all the other OEM G37 front swaybars. Will adding the Sport rear swaybar keep the car in balance? I want the car more lively, but with using this car in the winter I do not want the rear-end prone to slipping/fish-tailing.
