Weird noise/cringe when I hit bumps/dips
Hey guys --- I decided to keep the G37 (for any of those who helped contribute to my previous thread).
Whenever I hit a dip/bump in the road, my car makes a weird noise like a creaking noise almost. At first I thought it might be the sway bars, (aftermarket), but after I greased them, they still replicated the same noise. So now I'm thinking it may be the shocks, is this possible? Do the springs makes any type of noise when going bad or is that mainly the shocks?
Any help is greatly appreciated, and I appreciate those of you who helped me in my previous thread about considering a M4.

Are you running stock suspension or have lowering springs or coilovers? It may be spring bind if you're dropped. Here's just one link about that

Prior to owning a G37, I had a G35 that I lowered with Tein springs and put on a rear camber kit. What I found was that the whenever I went over a speed bump, it would make a pretty noticeable creaking noise in the left rear. Not really that bad but it annoyed me like crazy especially because other people could hear it.
The issue was with one of the bolts attached to the camber kit. It's been 5 years since I had the G35, so I can't remember exactly which bolt it was and unsure if you're creaking noise is the same as mine, but the bolt was replaced and the noise went away. A few years later it came back, so I think something with my setup made the bolts creak for some reason or maybe it was installed incorrectly because I recall the camber kit required some drilling. Anyhoo just wanted to share and I hope you find the issue.

Yes - I will need to do this over the weekend and try to do a trial and error with some things.
.
I regreased the sway bars maybe 6 months - 8 months ago. Not really sure how often they should be regreased. However, when I did grease them up, it still made the sound. I took a look at the endlinks but they seem fine, is it something that's not naked to the eye? I may just end up buying a new set of endlinks. I know I also need tires and I believe I should change my tires. They're running on like 10% tread - (would this effect my steering? Car sways a bit when I switch lanes on the highway).
