If insurance does not want to pay get a lawyer and make a case, start getting treatment right away (chiropractor etc) all the medical bills you can submit to your medical insurance and then to the insurance company of the at fault and have them pay that back, I actually had to go after my own insurance for my medical bill a due to getting hit from a uninsured driver, so we made a case and the paid all the medical bills and extra for the accident since I had a 15k per person 30k maximum for medical, then I went after restitution and got the judge to make the driver pay me payments until she pays me 4200 for my old Grand Prix so far so good girl is paying every month

Hey guys, I'm back. Update for all my homies on the G forum, my car was estimated 4 days of repair. It's been 2-3 Weeks... Finally the outcome was covered, except for my the rate was not approved, they told me I could take it to whichever shop I wanted, and when they finished working on the car they told me, I still owed $160
Rate approved: $42 / hr
Shops rate: $46 / hr

I understand why they wouldn't want to approve the rate, but they shouldn't have said "whatever shop you want".

I'm in desperate need of my car, as it is a daily vehicle for me, so I have decided to pay for the amount they're asking.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Is this a loss or could I get a reimbursement?
