Sorry to dig this up but I have recently dropped my G37S sedan (rwd too) and the back currently sits lower (no passengers, empty trunk)
The Megan Racing springs I got seems to drop much lower on the rear than yours.
Now that im in the same situation. I came across something called "coil spring booster", looks like this:

No problem. Bumping old threads is an opportunity for nostalgia, although it was only last year. And yes, your rear is very droopy. Kind of disappointing, isn't it? You go through all that effort to research things, buy parts, install or pay for installation... only to be unsatisfied.
That "spring booster" bushing looks very interesting. The channel design will probably keep the material from getting blown out from the compression. Good luck with it all.
Once you get the height right, and the car aligned, a set of 15mm or 20mm spacers will make for a clean look with those 18" sport rims.
Yea, the grove seems to be designed to hold the spring in place. I am going to research more on the dimension/width before getting them, then have my mechanic put these on and see how well they hold.
LOL those 18's will be used for winters eventually. That droopy rear is currently what's stopping me from getting aftermarket wheels...
If you were DIY, then I'd say have at it. As it is, you're running the risk of falling down the exact same rabbit hole I did... you do know that, right?

LOL yea I can see that coming but I don't have the right tools though... I am hoping that spring booster can hold the spring in place (spring sits in the channel/grove). The insulators you used didn't have that.

It certainly looks promising. I'd be concerned about it being split like in your picture. Can't imagine why it would be cut like that.
Also, that grove is on both sides, which seems odd. I can't imagine it being designed for the bottom bucket in our rear spring suspension, that means you'd have to look at this for the top of the spring, between the spring and the top-seat... which was exactly the plan followed here in this thread. Maybe if you could cut 1/2" off the device so that it laid flat against the shelf of the top-seat. But then I'm coming back to that split. Why would it be split?
The only other thing I can think of is to insert this thing in the *middle* of coil springs, which would screw up the rebound... but that certainly would explain why it's cut.
I'm just making guesses here. Don't know how this thing is intended to be used.
