You would think so, but there is a noticeably firmer feel to the stainless lines. If you're doing a BBK swap anyways, an additional 100 for lines and 30 for fluid is probably a worthy additional investment.

Dammit, just when I decided I was good. I've read some negatives reviews about SS lines in general so I was holding back.
I'm buying Motul 600 for this swap, just going BBK to BBK plus rotors this time but I'm doing springs and camber kits at the same time.

No worries, enjoy the modding!

Do these fit the original routing of the OEM brake lines? That is how was the fitment? Some of the other ss brakelines seemed to diverge from the original brake line routing.

The SS lines do follow the original routing (at least I ran mine that way) but the difference is that the OEM lines are rubber with metal pipe and little wierd @ss square fittings that attach the lines onto the control arms. I just ran the new SS lines the same dirrection as the OEM lines and used the supplied "brackets" to attach the lines to where the original lines were attached to. It was a little confusing at first. The SS lines look totally different then the OEM lines. All the end connectors are the same though. If you choose to go with the SS lines do yourself a favor and just do one side at a time that way you can always use the opposite side as a cheat sheet. Fitment was good. I have heard of people complaining about the lengths being to long but mine were perfect. Just don't tighten the hoses down to the conrol arms until you have the slack as you want it.
