I don't know everything it would take because I haven't researched it. At least a bracket. However I wouldn't think they would give much or any more clearance than the Akebono calipers. Not really sure. There's always the alternative of buying wheels that actually fit your car without spacers or modifying anything.

one of my buddy has it on his g37 coupe and its looks really sick.
well.. looks like i might have to get them spacers lol.
He is dropped on H&R springs with -2 front -4 rear camber.
30mm front 20mm rear spacer to clear the brakes and fender rub.
His not rubbing but that setup is too extream for me.
Im dropped on tein h tech right now and hoping to put these rims on without rubbing fenders and not too much negative camber.

If you're considering going to lengths such as having double the negative camber specified for the suspension or using a spacer that extends the wheel mating surface over an inch out form the hub to make your car fit some sick wheels (instead of fitting the wheels to the car) because they're a great deal, why not consider going the same route as this guy?

wow.. this really wasnt the kinda of comment i was expecting to get out of this thread.
so you guys are saying that if i go negative camber and put spacers in order to fit a rim that i like is being cheap, stupid and impractical?
I was just researching, asking around for ideas and suggestions to make this work without using such a big spacer and having too much negative camber.
I dont need your opinions on how other people fix up their car.

Well I think they're just trying to imply that it's really more work than what it would be worth. To be honest since you already have the Brembo set you could sell them over on G35driver.com and use the funds for Akebonos then find a set of wheels w/ proper offsets to clear the Akebonos w/out so much work. I know it's tough when you're set on a particular look but maybe you can get most of what you want for a lot less hassle.
I believe the Brembos have less height at the top of the piston area, but if you need a 30mm spacer to clear the Akebonos you'll probably still need a 20mm one to clear the Brembos, then you'd also have to machine a custom caliper bracket. I don't think there's a pre-fabbed bracket for that application.

I felt it was more than just implying that the work is more than what its worth; but what ever man, glass of beer made me forget it
Anyways, I already have the akebonos on my car, i wanted to know if the brembos will fit on g37 coupes without any modifications; because i know that the bremos are a bit smaller. I can clear the akebono with 15mm spacer if i go with 15 front 20 rear offset. Well now that i know brembo wont fit without some kind of work, ill just sell them on other forums.
Im probably just gonna go bigger tires on my oem sport wheels
245/40r19 and 275/35r19
But thanks blnewt for your suggestion.
