Stance SS OR BC Racing Coilovers?? Help please..

Alright so I'm definitely purchasing a set of coilovers this spring. My budget is around $1,000-$1,300. I'm looking for best ride comfort.

For 2010 G Coupe RWD

I've been hearing about Stance SS coils being better than BC's for the sport model. I've also heard that stance rides stiff and harsh. I don't know which one to believe. Can somebody chime in on th eir thoughts with stance ss or knows somebody that is running stance ss?

Also for BC's I heard they're great ride comfort and "best bang for the buck" but I'm also h earing alot of problems about the rear clunking issue..resolved yet or inevitable can't avoid type of problem?

Thanks guys..

If ride comfort is your only criteria, leave it stock,

Well, I wanted to lower the car to remove the fender to wheel gap. Best ride comfort out of the coilovers is what I meant.....

The BC coils still have the clunking noise, and the "fix" is still being debated. Stance coils may be harsh, but you'll be able to adjust preload, and dampening to smooth out the ride.

I have Stance SS true-type on my sedan. I love them. No noise at all. Very smooth. And I'm at zero gap running on 20s. Just make sure you follow the directions when it comes to preloading the springs. You need to hand tightnen the fronts until they're snug. For the rear, my lower spring perch went all the way up. Rides terrific, and I have the front at full stuff (15 clicks from soft) and the rear at 8 clicks from the softest. I've had ground-control on a previous car, then HKS on my g35 coupe. I can honestly say these are my favorite.

Good luck with your choice.
