2009 G37S Sedan OEM brake pads

My 2009 G37S sedan has 50k miles and I've been getting a lot of vibration lately while braking through my steering. I'm thinking it could be my rotors but since I'm still using the OEM brake pads it could be the brakes pads.

Since I live in NJ and the over whelming majority of the dealers do not carry sell or regularly fix RWD sedans, and I have a RWD sedan with the sport brakes is there a difference between the OEM non sport and sport brake pads.

I don't want them to put in regular non sport brakes pads on my 2009 G37S sedan with the sports brakes. Unless the brakes pads are the same for all 2009 G sedans.

Thanks.

You've got the big Akebono brakes, no way will they put the wrong pads in, they're not even close in size. This might be a good time to consider upgrading your pads, if it were me I'd turn the rotors and get Stoptech street pads, they're a bit dustier but really have good bite. Just food for thought

It's good to know because I've been hesitant to take in my car for service. Not looking to upgrade the brakes themselves. For my driving style they work fine. Thanks for the speedy reply.
