Sways bars worth it for DD?

Hi everyone i am new to the forum and about 2 months ago purchased a 2009 g37 journey coupe with sport package. Like many i already have many plans for my car. I have recently been looking through all the posts i could find regarding suspension mods ( i am fairly new to them) and although i have found a lot of great info, i still could use a little more to finalize my decisions on how i will chose to mod my own suspension. My G is a daily driver and being that i live in central jersey the roads suck... therefore i am a little worried about lowering my car on coils although ive seen most consider this the best all out suspension mod and i could stand a mild drop. On the other hand sway bars seem like a cheaper alternative to reduce body roll ( one of my main concerns) and give overall better handling. Although like i said this is my DAILY DRIVER and i do not plan on tracking the car. i am a very spirited driver but i do not want to sacrifice the ride quality completely for better handling.

My main question is are sway bars worth it for DD? would coilovers be a better option? any advice? .... thanks in advance !!!

Get adjustable end links to go with them.

If i do I'm planning on getting Eibachs which i believe are adjustable on both the rear and front.

I have the hotchkis sway bars too, they make a night and day different compared to my stock sport sways. Definitely worth it!

Best mod you can do at first, definitely. And even though some sway bars are adjustable, like BB said, get the adjustable end links (I prefer whiteline) to go with the new set up

Search for DIY write ups on it her on the forum. You'll find all the info you need to determine difficulty for your skill set.

Shane,
I also Have Hochkis and I use My G as a DD. I Work about 134mile Commute 1 way Mondays for now from home to work. The Install took me about an Hour front and back... Though agree with BlackBetty. The G rides on rails with them along with my other mods... having Sways is a Must HAVE!

Yes, definitely

Without a doubt the most transformative (in terms of ride quality) modification for the money. Nothing else I have done to date has had a more significant, positive impact.

Just make sure you buy a proven brand that is adjustable.
