For a while i have been hearing a squeak under acceleration, durring bumps, and turns aswell. i had ripped the suspension apart still un able to locate the noise. so i took it to infiniti where they were more then glad to help and did everything under warranty (even though im lowered on bc coils) they figured out it was the rear springs making the noise. Being that those are replacements they couldnt go any further which is ok with me.
today i decided to see what side and what part was making the noise to see if there is anything off about it. i sprayed pb blaster into the bottom of the spring bucket leaving the top un lubricated. drove for a while and the noise was gone. next step is to spray only one side and see if its both or just one making it.
i have heard people mention that bc's squeak, is this the noise they are talking about or is it from some other component?
has anyone had similar issues and can comment on how they fixed it?

pb blaster wore off and i reapplied on drivers side only, squeak is gone. so its the drivers side only.
only under acceleration it will make the noise...


any help?

 

Might shoot a PM to Soundmike, he had several noise issues w/ BCs.

 

Thanks, I checked out his posts and his noise was from the front. I may just have to call up BC
