I agree stillen customer service sucks from my own experience but u did buy a used part . So honestly u can not hold them responsible ..

 

I has the unfortunate luck of having Dean as my Stillen rep.
Not only did he jack squat about the parts, they didnt honor a sale.
Was supposed to buy the headers & get $250 off 25 row Stillen Oil Cooler.
He gives me some bs story, the promotion just ended yesterday, no exceptions.
Except I ordered the parts in April, by May not valid anymore, wtf?
No Stillen for any of my cars, including my wife's juke.

 

If Stillen made their own dealership....

It would be called...

"Stealingship"
