That would be your drivers side lower control arm.

And that will be pretty expensive Those rear spring buckets are pretty tough, must've really smacked it good.
Actually cheaper than I thought, DicountInfinitiparts has it for $152, and luckily it's pretty simple to replace.

Look for lower control arm, spring perch. There's a bunch on ebay.

this perch also acts as the toe adjustment, make sure you dont drive it 'til you get it replaced and get an alignment after you get it replaced.

let your mech know what happened and he should be somewhat familiar with what to look out for. e.g., it's possible to damage your wheel bearings from curbing your car and he should be checking for 'play' in the suspension

I would fix the rim & make a service appointment.
I'm not saying to lie, but you can play dumb they may warranty it.
Had something similar I hit a piece of rebar at 70mph.
Cracked my stock rim, ended up getting a brand new rack & pinion. With a new steering column.
8k in parts & labor, they hooked it up.
It's worth a shot.
Good luck with your repair.

That is exactly what you're saying to to.

OP, buy a used lower arm and replace it. Have it thoroughly checked out be someone experienced with suspension to make sure nothing else is damaged, it very well could be. Consider it a lesson learned.

I've repaired a problem like this, mostly replacing the camber arm, toe arm and spring bucket should fix 95% of it

No, lowering doesn't do that. It's caused by a hard impact.

Well mine broke off of my car, and the dealership states that my Eibach springs caused the lower control arm to break and will not cover under warranty... I havent seen anyone else state that they had the same issue..

What exactly do you mean by "broke off the car"? Did metal of the arm itself crack similar to the OP?
