Exclamation Lowering Springs Question

What's going on guys? I know that there are a lot of post on here about springs, but most of those are about which ones are the lowest and hardest. I am wanting to know which springs you guys have that give a small drop but can actually improve the ride quality and have a lower spring rate. I have seen some Tein H tech, which I know are made for g35s, but I haven't seen many people running them. If you guys have any advice, please let me know.

Go with Swift with new shocks. Also you can try the NISMO-Stune setup and or the 2013 370z shocks and springs. There is always someone selling.

^^^ he said it. if you want to be lowered a little a retain your ride quality go with swift or get some 370z suspension. Its a direct fit and you can always find slightly used ones for a great price.

Something to consider with the Z suspension is the fact that we're quite a lot heavier than a 370 - so theoretically the ride should be better than a stock Z. I'm looking to possibly go with a Z suspension, as I'm looking for the exact same thing as you are.

I don't think any lowering spring will give you a better ride or a lower spring rate. They will all be stiffer. That's the nature of lowering springs. If they were both shorter and softer, they'd bottom out. Tanabe are a relatively minor drop and one of the lower spring rates. Also, as mentioned Swift can provide springs in a variety of rates if you know what you want.

The new Koni H&R setup might be something to consider, they're brand new though so it may be tough to find.

We're 75lbs heavier per corner.

The Swift springs are the best ride, and handling.
Paired with the Koni yellows, which are technically 370Z part numbers, the ride is comfortable.
