You snooze you loose....thats how it is for any for profit firm. At least follow up on contacts and not leave them hanging. All customers deserve at least that much.

Andy isn't losing anything.

I woke up to this in my inbox today -

Most of all the parts are machined, I am just waiting on some of the internal components to come in from our suppliers. I have not shown this to anyone yet, but here are some of the new collars we are using for the new design.

This is what we upgraded you guys setups with. I am surprised, we have gotten A Lot of inquiries from people from the forum about the AWD coils, I believe we sold another 3 sets or so. I would think some members would bitch on how long we are taking and etc.. but I assure you, you are in good hands, and want to make sure you get the latest design to show off to these guys who were talking crap or giving anyone ****. If you want to share these pictures with the others whom ordered please do. I don’t want them to think we are twiddling our fingers over here, I am simply spread a bit thin right now, and still overwhelmed with getting 1 years worth of business in 4 months. I was expecting some growth, but not at this rate. Thanks to guys like you, we continue to grow even with delays. We simply deliver a solid product, and that is what keeps our clients typically have no problem waiting.

Andy

The reason why we changed it, is we machined a channel to allow the adjustment tool to slide into. We are always trying to refine, and listen to our clients to make our dampers, and setups the best as possible. It is not just for looks, there is a function to it.

Update from 8/12:

Rear set up will be OEM style with spring basket.

I'm going this route:

Also, " I have checked on your order with Andy and he stated that all of your parts have been machined and he would be building your set the week of the 26th (August) which is only a few weeks from now. " - Justin P

Looks like they will be here the first week of September?

No complaints here. Everyone whining on the wait time? Looks like you are still missing out and the ones that placed orders will have the best suspension set up available for the G37X.

Will continue with updates as they come in.

Looks like some quality stuff. I'm waiting on a review of this installed before I make a final decision on what to replace my Swift/worn OEM strut setup on my xS sedan...

Thanks for the updates Emillion45!

Nice that your set is getting close, I'm sure once you get them installed and you post a thorough review the orders will be steady. Pics are worth a thousand words, I know I'd be more willing to pull the trigger if I had an X after seeing the sets fully completed and installed on a G. Looks like a quality product going by your pics & info.

Yeah once you see the wheels I am about to order. You guys will need jaw surgery to keep them off the floor.

Hint: Not Vossens

Look forward to installed pics & a review. Should have the AWD guys lining up around the block if everything goes well & the price is reasonable.
