Smile Got my cusco front strut bar.

Got it from james at OC infiniti. The finish and quality is AMAZING. Items made in Japan are really something.

Butt G-meter: Turning is alot more precise. I hanged some twistes also and it feels more firm on the road. Nothing major but every bit helps. However the more precised turning is obvious.

Installation: How much easier can it be? 1-10? 2
1. unbolt stock nuts
2. put braces on passenger then driver
3. hand tighten the provided nuts
4. put bar on and hand tighten
5. adjust fitment then torque everything down. 28ft lbs for braces

Overall a good little suspension mod. Will post pics soon.

Fitment! The Cusco fits perfectly where as the GTSpec doesn't. I am not sure how many people experienced this but I recall reading a thread a while back that addressed fitment issues with the GTSpec. I have Cusco and the look and fitment is great.

I was really happy with the Cusco bar's effect on steering precision. Worth the $ IMO.

It does rub the hood liner just a little bit though... (Not as bad as what I've seen w/ the GTSPec though...) It's a really nice piece of equipment though, very well made and finished.

picx will be uploaded soon, i've been really busy lately.

But yes! Cusco is top notch japanese quality. Have you ever bought Sony products? its a bit like opening a high end sony product.

The fitment part took me many tries to get it right, but it does rub the hoodliner a little bit.

Stock suspension coupe.

I replaced my GTspec with the Cusco. The GTspec was harder to install due to the mounting base. The Cusco was very easy! GTspec would rub my engine shield and engine cover. The Cusco is a perfect fit without rubbing issues. Cusco also looks better IMO.

I had a gtspec and hated the way it rubbed no matter how adjusted. The cusco fits perfectly.

GTspec is notorious for rubbing. Even had issues with the early VQDE engines and covers. The hood heat shield was very thin and it still rubbed like crazy.

^^^this is true. My GT-spec FSB rubs on the sound barrier. It's annoying, but I'm a function over form kinda guy. Ad no one looks at the engine but me.
