A question for those that have done Swift Springs on a X
So I've ordered my Swift springs. My question to those that have done them on a G37x is did you need a camber kit or anything else to get the alignment spot on 100% correct?
I understand that it's a reasonable drop and that the car can be aligned pretty close. What I need to know is what will I need to get it 100% ..camber kit , toe bolts.. or what. I'm not interested in having it almost right or really close I want it Right.. I **** that way :-)
Thanks guys!

There is no camber adjustment on the stock front arms. The fronts will have negative camber slightly out of spec.
I have read posts here that suggest using stock rear arms camber can be brought back within specs just barely or very close to.
Then you will read posts here that say that a little negative camber is okay and it improves the ride. And that toe out of spec is really what chews up tires.
I decided to get both front and rear kits so everything is back to spec and if I decide to get coil overs later down the road I am covered. Also the cost is equal to two tires give or take. In the long run it should be cheaper to replace less tires.

Thanks guys.. I'm leaning towards the getting the kits and just doing it all once. Not to be rude alanz but I have trouble with "every car is different" of course all cars have very slight manufacturing tolerance differences, but beyond that every car is the same, or certainly should be.

The place that installed my Swift springs on my 09 GxS sedan recomended getting the kits for both front and rear. So far so good, tires wearing evenly and all is well. I bought the SPC kits and had them installed the same time as the springs and also had them install a set of Hotchkis sways. Wow, big difference in handling but also a bit harder a ride. Expected a harder ride so no surprise to me. Good luck with your springs.

I do agree "every car is different" due to different setups. I installed Swift spring last week on my 09 G37X sedan (big brake and heavily dynamat interior), I got different drop from other reported. The front left went from 28 7/16 to 26 3/4, front right went from 28 1/2 to 26 3/4, rear left went from 28 3/4 to 27, rear right went from 28 9/16 to 26 15/16. They dropped very evenly 1 3/4 in. Front camber went from -0.7 deg to -1.8 deg, rear camber went from -0.8 deg to -2.0 deg. I will put on the camber kit when I return home next month. Yes, they are the correct Swift spring for the X.
