For my 08 G37S I just got quoted $599 to have my front and rear brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and service calipers my dealer is nuts!
Can anyone suggest where I can purchase good quality pads for a decent price?

Here's a trick with the rotors:
Get a drill motor, attach a 3" rubber with velcro backing pad.
Pop on a 120 grit sanding pad.
Remove the calipers, hold them back with a bungee cord.
Use 2 lug nuts to keep the rotors on the hub.
Hold the sanding pad with the drill at a slight angle, and allow the rotor to spin on the hub while sanding the rotor face, it will create a nice crosshatch pattern, and remove any friction material with minimal loss of metal.
Flip the rotor, and do the back side.
