They are very likely good parts, Cusco is a great suspension manufacturer. But they are ridiculously overpriced. It you've got a great reason you can justify the huge price difference between these and the SPC parts knock yourself out. Most people won't though.

AFAIK, front arms are NOT adjustable. They are permanently set. At -30mm ride height (little over 1 inches), they allow for up to a 10mm correction in camber.
IMO, they're not really worth the money.

SPC parts are known to fail. That's the reason. At what price difference are you willing to accept this risk? I guess the SPC price point and...you may be knock yourself out...literally.

I'm not convinced of this at all. I think SPC failure is being grossly exaggerated in the minds of some. There have been only a couple of legitimate parts failures that I'm aware of. Obviously neither of us knows exactly how many, but not very many for sure. Some failures due to improper use or installation, user error, are being counted in the SPC failures. That's not the fault of the parts. If I had any doubt that they weren't safe I wouldn't even consider them. I bought another manufacturer's suspension parts and returned them without even installing them taking a 25% hit on restocking fee. Why? Becasue they were clearly pieces of crap and not fit to be used on my car. So I don't have confidence in the SPC parts because they're cheaper. I have confidence in them because they rarely fail legitimately. If the only parts that worked properly cost as much as the Cusco ones or more then that's what I'd pay if I wanted to lower my car and still adjust the camber. I love Cusco. But these parts are still ridiculously overpriced.
