Normally I would advise this: Heat it with a heat gun. Spray it liberally with PB Blaster or Kroil. Let it soak overnight. Respray it liberally. Use an impact gun.
However you have screwed it up by rounding it off. Take the same steps, but instead of using an impact gun, you'll now have to use a damaged bolt extractor. They will cut into the bolt head to grip as you apply pressure. It is ruined, and you'll have to replace that bolt. Use a breaker bar at least 1/2" drive and at least 2' long. Like this one:
1/2" Drive 25" Breaker Bar
Damaged bolt removers:
Judging from the amount of rust visible, I'm guessing you live in a harsher northern climate. My 96 Maxima doesn't have that much rust on it. That's part of the issue making it harder for you. Good luck.

Make sure you put a wrench on the opposite end as well.. I used the breaker bar that Black Betty posted above + I used a pipe for more of an extension (I took the pipe from my low profile jack and slide it over the breaker bar, the one from harbor freight blue jack pipe fits over perfect).. As soon as I hard that loud pop..it broke loose.

I must be the only person ever to work on a G37 suspension who hasn't had trouble with this particular bolt. I have done 15 or 20 spring/coilover installs on these cars and never rounded one off or even had to use more than moderate effort. Even when I used hand tools rather than an impact gun. Lucky me.
Yes Sal can get that off for you. If you live anywhere near Baytown, I will do it for you. BTW, where did your car come from? That car has not been in Houston for all of it's 37K miles. That's a lot of rust.

I'd also look into a quality breaker bar, its like my craftsman 1/2 extension that sheered off against the demon bolt, where my Snap On 3/8 broke that bad boy loose without breaking a sweat.

I bought the car from Ultimate Automobiles in Stafford. Car came from Austin.
Looks like the heat did work.
I literally had to take a blow dryer and stood there for 20 min since i didnt had a torch.
10am-4:30pm only got one front coilovers done while all are still sitting on stock lol.
To be continue.... tmr
