Well, I may be doing a brake setup for my 37 soon enough. Already talked to my body shop who will powdercoat them, but I need some ideas on colors. Looking to see if the forum can change my mind from the color I currently have thought of.

The car is Graphite Shadow which will have a full chrome delete (completed soon). Black/Grey. More of a sport look than classy.

Again, these are just my opinions.

Red = Too Common.
Purple = Already seen someone with it.
Teal = Seen on coupes - I like it.
Yellow = I like it.
Burnt Orange = Something I haven't seen.
Green = Some family of green. Haven't seen.
Color Matched = Dont want to in this case.
Other = List what you got.

My car is graphite shadow and I painted my calipers metallic burgundy w/ a gold Akebono sticker. But what do I know? I'm just a lowly Redskins fan :P lemme know if you want some pics to see how it came out. I get compliments all the time on them. Based on what you say you prefer I would go with yellow. Not a bright yellow, it wouldn't go well with the car but maybe like a muted yellow or deep gold. As a reference look up the Georgia Tech helmet color, that hue of gold. Good luck.

Red is popular for a reason - you just can't go wrong with it.

I went with a different shade of red on the Brembos on my Z. Did a monterey red from a Corvette.

I voted yellow though, looks really slick on gray.

Red just seems sporty yet more mature to me. I would think it would depend on mods to the car to pull off other colors. If you have modifications the other colors would work but If your car is stockish looking the red would "belong" alot easier.

I have a graphite shadow sedan and would either do red for more classic standard look or bright orange to go a bit on the flashy side.

How about Dark Gold Metallic color? or just Goldish color with metallic in it..similar to one's GTR has?I think it will look sexy. IMHO red is way too common for calipers..
