StopTech Drilled & Slotted Rotors (Advice on Pads Please)

Guys,

I have a 2009 G37 Journey Sedan with 19" OEM Coupe 10 spoke Rims & 19" Michelin Super Sports.

Just ordered StopTech SportStop Drilled and Slotted Brake Rotors and also ordered a set of Posi-Quiet Ceramic Brake Pads.

I told the guy at BuyBrakes.Com that I drove hard on occasion, but I wasn't tracking the car and he suggested these and said I could get other pads for twice or three times as much, but they wouldn't be that much better.

Anyway, I want to do it RIGHT, the First Time. I read a few reviews that says these are OK, but not performance pads. Anyone have Posi Quiets and LIKE THEM?

Any suggestions on what to get?

I read Hawk HPS Padswere good, but heard they bit poorly cold and they Dust Bad.

Should I return the Posi Quiets and get something else? reccomendations?

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bandit...............

I have the HPS pads with the same rotors, and that is a correct statement. They're not completely horrible cold, but they could be better. When theyre warmed up though...they're awesome

I got the ROTORS quite frankly, for the Looks. They will look nice behind my 19" Infiniti Sport OEM Coupe Rims (I have a Sedan).

Oh ya, what about stainless steel brake lines?

*****Update: Just Ordered a set of Front & Rear SS Brake Lines for $163 shipped. What the heck, might as well go all in. Not a BBK, but the next best thing and the Rotors will Look Nice.

Next time you want pads, go with the Stoptech pads over the Posi-quiets. the Stoptechs will have better bite, not a lot of dust, and no noise.

I'll add another stoptech recommendation to this. I've been running them for almost 2 years now and they are by far one of the best all around pads ive come across.
