Agreed.

From this:

To this (what they did to my wheels after every 300 miles of use on my Eclipse):

But on every other car that I've run the HPS's on ('04 TSX, '07 G35x), the dust hasn't been ANYWHERE near as bad.

Sounds like ppl beat me to it, I have Hawk pads, and there's no difference over stock, I don't track the car though. I think the stock pads were even decent with brake dust compared to the hawk, not worth the money and time IMO.

Yeah when you track the Hawk pads they will dust more but they do stop. I just changed out my pads today to use for a track event tomorrow and I think I went too far. I used the HP+ pads and after some bedding in, I find that they are so much stronger in the stopping power, I overwhelm the stock tires on this car. They lock up so much easier with much less pressure. I'm a little worried over this but I'll adapt once on the track. Hopefully I won't have to drop down to the HPS pads which aren't quite as strong in there bite or go with Porterfield pads. I'm not a big fan of the standard tire on my 2012 G37S. Even while cornering not at an extreme pace I found they just seem to give up too quickly and start screaming for help. Surprised at this since the car is supposed to be a sport coupe. I think the weight of the car is just too much for the tires. We'll see tomorrow and I'll report back.

Can I ask which Porterfield's you're talking about? R4-S's?
