front camber bushings

my spc front camber bushing is worn out, it start to making "bushing" noise when I hit any bump. would it cause any safety issue if I don't replace them?

Thanks!

I'd contact SPC, for some new ones, worn bushings will lead to other problems. You want everything associated w/ your suspension to be tight, in spec, and in good shape. Probably would cost less than $20 and should be an easy change out.

can you please explain "bushing" sound?

I have a "rattle" that comes from my passenger SPC upper control arm.. when i jacked up the car, i saw that it was extremely loose. I tightened it, which took care of it for a few weeks.. now it's back. I shouldn't have to keep tightening it every few weeks or so. if it's the same problem that you're having, i guess i'll also be contacting SPC...

I have a question for the OP.

How many miles are on those SPC front camber arms of yours?
Do you drive on a lot of bumpy & twisty roads?

Sorry, I guess that is two questions. Thanks

i tightened them but you can still hear some of the noise in certain situations. its only a matter of time before it gets worse.

i have probably 30-35k miles on my arms, well on the arm im referring to, the other had to be replaced because it bent to all hell and back

Kinda hard to interpret sound in text

Is it a creaking sound or does it sound like metal hitting metal?

Where the camber arms installed and tightened in "running" position (or close to it) and not while the arms were fully lowered?

Guys i recenly had contacted Brad at SPC because my front SPC arm failed on driver side. Ball joint was bad and i sent back to get a new one sent to me even though i purchased 2 years ago. Contact whoever you purchased from and have sent out for replacement. Lifetime warranty on SPC products!

BTW are you lowered? because the arms do hit our fenders above on hard bumps. I had that with spc and now with new ones as well as several spc owners having the same issue.
