Brakes that don't squeak for 2008 G37S

I know that squeaking brakes for the G37S is a known issue, but I cant find any threads about aftermarket brakes that don't squeak. The noise when baking up in my car is outrageous and I need a fix for it. Has anyone replaced their brakes and had the squeaking stop?

I was gonna ask the same thing. Did a little searching on here. Guy did a good write-up\review on Stop Tech pads.

I have Hawk Ceramic pads and not a hint of a squeal ever. Also reduced brake dust.

Did you have an issue before you changed them?

How's the stopping power?

I was gonna go with EBC yellowstuff, but I hear good things about hawk.

Thanks for linking to that. It's a very well done write up and it looks like he isn't having any noise issues with the Stop Tech pads.

Nope. Only the occasional normal noise when first driving it after it had been parked outside and gotten the thin film of rust that happens whenever it's raining or humid. That's gone by the end of the street after the first couple times of applying the brakes. I changed the pads when I upgraded to Racing Brake 2 pc. rotors.

Replaced the pads that were on the G with the Stop Tech pads last night. Good news! The squeak is gone. The install was super easy as well.
