Exclamation G37s OEM Spring rates vs Aftermarket

I have been doing some searching but cant seem to come up with a sold answer or results for OEM Spring Rates for a G37s sedan vs competitors to compare what might be too hard to upgrade to or what might be too soft.

Please help!

Sorry can't help w/ actual numbers, but progressive springs like the Eibach &Tenabe are just a bit firmer than stock. The deeper drop springs like H&Rs tend to be firmer than the progressives since they have less spring travel.
