Here are mine powdercoated.... did calipers and rotors. Sorry I dont have a great camera its from my BB. So this is what they actuallu look like couple weekd after I got them donzo.

What did the powder coating cost you?

I checked a shop in Orlando (Ultimate Auto) and they quoted me $800 just to paint the calipers.. which is pretty frikin steep if you ask me. They do excellent work though.. Dwayne Wade and LBJ get their cars done there.

That place is a joke, they are the same place that quoted me over $450 to paint a grill. I could have bought a new black grill for that.

Ultimate Audio = fanboi joint, all the Magic players go there thats why the prices are high.

You can send it to Mike The Powdercoater, his rates are fairly reasonable.

no doubt about that.. if I had oodles of cash laying around like the ball players do i'd probly go there.. gotta find a different place!

but where is Mike the Powdercoater located?

That's only because of the paint i used which required 7 days of curing time after the 1 hour window. I did it in three steps, base/stencil/clear. I didn't clear after the stencil as i had to wait for it to cure and do a little wetsanding in some areas.

Its would of cost me about 4-500 bucks to pc my rotors and calipers. Thats taking them off and apart as well as bleeding. Anyone is San Antonio want this donzo let me nose.

Found a couple shops in Orlando for some PC'ing.. gonna get some price quotes

Haven't painted/powdercoated mine yet, but I have several friends that painted there's themselves and so far they've had no problems

Probably a dumb question, but do you have to completely disassemble the calipers to powdercoat? That yellow PC job above is inspiring.

For powder coat probably so but for paint several have done them on the car.
