G25 lowering springs

g25 with g37 springs
I have a "2012 G25 Sedan Journey".
I installed H&R 09'-11' G37 Sedan RWD lowering springs.
It lowered my car over 2" all the way around. (kit says 1.3" + 1.2")
The car looked sick.....tucking 20" tires all the way around.
The problem was the camber issue.....over 2.5 degrees in front and 3.5 degrees in the rear.
It road pretty good......just scraped in and out of driveways, speed bumps, etc.....
IMO.....its just too low for me.......and my wife who hates to slow down for everything.
H&R springs will need camber kit for the front and rear IMO.....
So I took my car to Eibach a couple weeks ago.
They used my car as an R+D (research and development) car.
They ended up using the 09'-12' G37 sedan rwd springs.
They lowered my car 1.4" all they around.
The guys there were really cool and helpful.....wish i went there first.
The ride is really good and the wheel gap is perfect.
I have 20" wheels and they do not rub.
Camber is only .5 degree's from stock......no camber kit needed.
Hope this helps you G25 owners.....Mike

I recently got 20 inch rims for my G25 and plan on lowering it but was looking at the eibach Springs. But this was very helpful. If you don't mind me asking how much were the G37 sedan Springs and where can I purchase them.

Keep in mind your G25 will weigh less in front w/ the lighter motor, not sure how much lighter but your front will be a bit higher compared w/ a G37 on the same springs. Depending on your budget you might consider Tein Basis coilovers, these you can set to just the height you want so you won't end up w/ the back lower than the front. They cost about $600 and many on the site are running them. That's what I'd do if I were in your G.
