Sway Bar Question

hey All..

I'm a new owner of a 2008 g37 and had a quick question about sway bars.

A friend of mine has the Sport and switched his SB's out for some aftermarket ones and offered me his stock ones.

Same year. mine is the base and his is the sport.

Is it worth it to switch them out (i.e. is there a handeling increase) or should I just stick with stock.

are they different? and if so, by a lot?

N00b owner, so thanks for any input you may have.

Tim

Sport sways are stiffer and should slightly decrease your body roll just a little bit.

I wouldn't. The sport sways are definitely a bit stiffer, but in all honesty - not work your time, as gains are only minimal. If you going to spend your time + money on a set - go aftermarket

Just my 2cents though

I would have to fully agree. If you're looking to swap out your sways at all, don't waste your time going from non-sport to sport, the difference between them you most likely won't even notice.

Look at Hotchkis, or Eibach. I personally like Eibach because there's more adjustment settings, not to mention its great for a daily driver or a car your not really going to track but would simply like to decrease body roll.
