After lifting car to change wheels, spring wont settle

So I have H&R springs on my car and saw the drop with the stock wheels. and then i got home and lifted the car with the jack and swapped the wheels to an aftermarket ones, but after i took off the jack and everything, the car sat a lot higher than before.

Just wondering why it wont settle down? its been like 6 hours, still the same.

Any input?

Something wedged in the spring? Different size tires on the new wheels?

All i did was I had oem 18's, lifted the car with the jack that came with the car,
One by one i lifted each side and replaced it with 19's. I dont know whats wrong.

Actually I dont kno why I said eibach, that was my old ones, I have the H&R.

The rear currently is at 2 finger gap both sides. I heard its supposed to be around 1 finger gap.

Maybe you have a "1 finger gap" right now. How thick are your fingers? Are they like mine, or my girlfriend's? Cuz my 1 finger gap is the same as her 2 finger gap. She's kinda skinny, needs to eat more or something.

Like Doggy said, it'll drop some more as you drive on it and the springs have time to settle. It's not overnight. Two weeks maybe?

They will settle in time !! Mines did then I was on my way home from work late at night and decided it to get it's rear end loose a little bit. It will take time but will happen when you least expect it.

why don't you just put the 18's next to your 19 inch wheels and see is they are even the same height? Maybe your 19 inch wheels are taller w tires.
