Springs vs Coilovers (lowering my G37)

hey I want to lower my G37, but I don't know what is a better way to do this, Springs or Coilovers?? besides the price, what are the differences between these 2 methods?? Also, which one will give me a smoother ride?? cuz you all know that the stock system feels every pebble on the road. lol ok hope somebody can help me, cuz I really want to lower my car. I have the stocks rims, for now, but I'll put 20"s on it. thanks.

OP, if you think the stock suspension allows you to feel "every pebble on the road," then I would suggest avoiding lowering with springs.

+1 ^^^ The ride will only get stiffer no matter what you go with (for spring options).

Let me break it down for you:

Air Bags = NO

Coilovers w/ dampening control = YES

If we get air bag suspension that mean we'll loose trunk space right?

Yup because of the compressors and tank

unless you find a better place to mount the tank/compressor

OP, To answer your question... Coilovers are better because they allow the user to change the ride height and dampening of the system. whereas with springs you only have one option
