Yeah, they come with two big wrenches for the rings, though I prefer to clamp my teeth on the rings and rotate my body around to adjust them so I can get a better feel on their position and tension:

 

So what does everyone have as far as settings?

I currently have it set to:

F: 6
R: 5

I'm thinking of bumping each end a notch. I'm getting old and not crazy about bone-crushing rides, but the car feels a little "floaty".
