Coils and spacers question

I got a 09 g37x coupe and if i drop it on coils and add spacers will that mess up the AWD system??

Nope. The only thing that will really mess up the awd would be changing the tire diameter.

In case you haven't researched yet I believe the only coils that fit the awd are the BC coilovers. I also have an X but decided to get springs instead. Then I went with 20f/25r spacers. If you do ever plan on getting a staggered setup make sure the tires are within a rolling diameter of 3%. Then you should be fine.
