Yes I have made another coilover thread, but hear me out...

Ok, sorry for boring you guys.
I have been looking into coilovers for a while, and it seems like the best brand out there is still KW. I know that most will say just buy the V3 but i do have a few question before being settled on it.
The main issue is that i'm considering the V1 as well. So if there is any V1 owners out there, can you please let me know how the preset settings compare to the stock sport sedan ride, and how are they around the corners?
Also for all the V3 users, can you leave me a comment on the settings that you have? how many turns is too stiff, how many turns is too soft, and how many turns to make them the same as stock ride?
Thanks for all the input.

P.S i tried my best to use the search button, so pls don't leave a comment that tells me to search it. If I did miss a thread which this topic have been discussed, pls link me to it.

Sorry I can't comment on V1's on a G37 directly, but I can comment on V1's in general.

I had V1's on a 335i sedan, and it was way way better than the stock sport suspension.

KW V1's + 19's with non-RFT >>> Stock sport suspension + 18's RFT

you can't judge the coilover feel from a different car.

but KW's seem to work even better than JIC's as well -- this is from a friend who tracks his car

I've been thinking the same and seeing that I'm just looking for lowering capabilities and better handling, I'm just gonna go with the V1.

Why get the V3s? Unless you are tracking the car and know what you are doing settings wise. ALso, I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure whatever settings worked on someone else's car does not necessarily mean it's the optimal setting for yours.

Get the V1s or V2s, the V3 is overkill for street use in my opinion.
