help me choose a good spring rate please!

Hey guys. im about to order some stance gr+ pro coilovers in a few weeks. just wanted to get everyones input on the spring rate i want to go with. i told the guys i wanna drop my car pretty low while at the same time maintain as much comfort as possible. Stance told me 14k front and 7k rear is good. just wanted to see what spring rate some of you guys are running and how the ride is. thanks !!DOMODOMO
can anyone chime in with what spring rate theyre running and low you are?

I would go with what Stance told you , as I'm sure they are familiar with their product and would give the best answer.. I wish more people on here had these coils, cause they seem pretty good from what I've read.
