need help with brake pads?!?!

Im going to be ordering new brake pads soon and im trying to figure out which pads to get. I have a 2008 journey/sport but im pretty sure I dont have the sport brakes. So I would just order the non sport pads correct?

Why would you not have sport brakes?

I bought the car used so I didnt pick the features. The brakes aren't akebono so just the regular brakes right?

Then you don't have a sport. Why not just go to autozone and get a set of ceramics?

if you have paddle shifters or it's a 6mt and you do NOT have akebonos, then you got robbed when you bought the car.

^ Exactly what Finagle said... All sport models come with the akebono brakes unless someone took them off. You better verify that you have the nonsport brakes before you get pads.

I just bought OEM brake pads , I think they are produced by akebono for Nissan.
I had ceramic pads but I replaced them . Ceramic pads are to noisy.

Yea thats wut I've gotta figure out. I was just going to get the OEM pads for now anyway. I have the paddle shifters but no akebono brakes... thats one of the reasons I haggled the price lower bc I was pretty sure sports came w akebono brakes.

Yes it does... I thought the sport brakes said akebono? If I do have sport brakes then I baffled my car cheaper for something I already had on it

paddle shifters could be installed after purchase. but since your say INFINITI then you have the upgraded sport brakes.

do you have the white stitching on your seats and steering wheel?
