Akebono help

Anyone know how to bleed the Akebono brakes? DO you bleed the outlets on both sides of the caliper? Which one first?

Inside first then outside on each wheel or Inside all the way around and then outside all the way around.
I did just the outside and it gets pressure when your bleeding them but as soon as you put enough pressure on the pedal to stop the car the pedal goes to the floor. Thanks.
