Installing used springs require springs to settle before alignment?

I bought a set of used eibach springs with a few thousand miles, do I need to wait before I do an alignment after installing them or since the springs are used they don't need time to settle anymore?

Thanks

Ide give them at least a week to settle fully. I bought mine slightly used also and mine dropped just slightly more after full weight was put back into the spring from driving around. I got an alignment a week after install

I would still wait a week or so.
