i say coils. i had springs on before the the difference is tremendous. BC BR coils btw.

What are the specs on wheels and tires? Did you need to make any other adjustments to the setup - spacers, lugs, camber adjustments, etc?
I did springs first just because I wasn't sure honestly how long I was going to keep this sedan.
I am not tracking the car so I went with springs too. If it were for used for road racing then coilovers are the way to go.
I didn't do any alignment yet, just added 25mm spacers to the front rims (20x8.5" 40mm offset), and 15mm rear spacers (20x10" rim, 40mm offset)
No camber adjustments...
