This.

Tein has supposedly been designing H-Techs and S-Techs for the G37 for some time now, although I wouldn't hold my breath as it's been taking so long. Everyone who runs H and S-Tech springs the the 37's are running the springs that were originally designed for the G35. That being said...

I would steer clear from both of these springs as they are not specifically designed for the 37 and you can (and probably will) run into some problems, as I did. For instance, they're not desgined to hold the extra weight of the 37 and therefore continously sag and get lower and lower and lower...

I ended up swapping my H-Techs out for two reasons. 1) Because the sag kept bothering me and they were wayy too soft and 2) Because I wanted moar low and a stiffer spring weight without having to worry how low my car will be sitting the next time I see it lol. This way, I know my car's ride height.

I love my H&Rs. They're the lowest you can go with springs and the ride comfort is great. Although if I were able to do it again I'd save myself the trouble and get coilovers. I highly reccomend you do it right the first time.

+1 If eibach isn't the right drop for you then go for coils..

You can get quality (BC or Tanabe) for under $1000.
