The recommendations (as well as the requisite long drives) come with a reason: those shops know what they're doing.
You can go to your local mechanic/firestone/walmart and get an alignment that is "in spec", or you can work around Evasive/West-End's schedules, drive an hour, and get an alignment based on what you tell them you want.
You did buy a G and not a Genesis, didn't you? Don't skimp now.

Let me rephrase:
I'm looking for a lowered friendly performance alignment shop, in or near the
San Fernando Valley. There has to be more than 2 shops in the LA area that qualify. (West End Evasive)
I am not looking to skimp.
I just don't have the time to drive out that way, it's more than an hour via the 405
BTW,
As I stated, I wasn't looking for Firestone stores.
I was a brake/front end/alignment tech in my former life.
I've seen how guys can bump the heads of the Hunter in order to put the camber in spec. (on paper) . It then results in the toe calibration also being off.

Temple City Auto is closer to you, but it's still not super close.
Evasive/West End will allow you to watch and explain everything they're doing as they're doing it if you ask.
They both also lower the tolerances when they dial in your setup; "in spec" is not "spot on", and they do "spot on".
