Why can't staggered wheels work on a G37x? Just seems like it would be okay.

correct, all 4 must be same spec for everything since they all work together with awd.

what eibachs did you purchase and from where? you can PM me the link and I'll check it out for you.

I was wrong about the staggered setup... as long as the overall diameter of the front and rear wheels are the same (or damn close) it can be done. I used to have 255/35 20x9 all around but it had same size lip and wheel in front and back and looked weird. I ordered 4 new tires and 2 bigger wheels yesterday and should have next week.

Here is what I now will have and it should work and look 'normal' and have a 3.5-4 inch lip in back.

front: 245/35 tire 20x9 wheel
rear: 285/30 tire 20x10.5 wheel

the overall diameter is only a difference of .5mm...

you could also do 235/35 and 275/30 20x9 and 20x10.5

so now for sale if anyone wants to buy two 20x9 vossen wheels for fronts for cheap let me know. That way you only have to buy two rears at full price.

I also have 4 like new tires available 255/25

This is too dramatic a drop IMHO. I need less drop and no one seems to make it.

The Swift lowering springs seem to get the best reviews for ride quality and a drop that's a bit easier to live with. Here's a huge thread on them~
