What is your current suspension set up, i.e. springs, struts (stock, aftermarket)?

Right now, it's a base 08 g37, stock. Will just be installing sways. I'll be going eibach when i get my 20s, but that might not be for awhile =)

If you're stock, you should go with the softest setting. Your tires will probably be the limiting factor right now, as well as the base suspension.

When you change things, you can easily change the rear setting in a matter of 10 minutes.

See how you like it, if its not stiff enough you can put it to stiffest, once theyre installed its pretty easy to change.

How do you change the stiffness settings? I am not mechanically inclined. I am on Eibachs, would I feel a difference between medium and stiff?

There are 3 holes in the rear sway bar. You basically unbolt the endlink from the sway bar and change the hole the endlink mounts to. That changes the stiffness.

Thanks. Doesn't seem to hard to do, but I will need to get some ramps.

The sways have 3 holes on each end. The farthest hole out is the softest, and the 3rd hole in is the stiffest.

edit: seems i've posted too late, lol

How much is the difference between medium and stiff on Eibachs? For daily driving is the stiffest setting too much? Understeer?

From Andy@HPA. the springs just stiffen the ride a little bit and lower the car. I would probably go with Medium on the eibachs just to keep it subtle and not too aggressive.
