Mabe your pads are worn down? Can you describe the noise, is it a squeek, a grind, ????
it doesnt sound like a squeek or a grind, it just sounds like theres not enough lube hahahaha or something, its kinda hard to describe the noise. I warped my rotors on my 3 series before and they made hella noises and that rotor was warped bad, thats why im assuming this isnt warped bad. the funny thing is that it goes away after i drive it for 5 mins u can barely hear it if u dont pay attention at all. BlueSlate has the same problem and we are assuming theres a slight warp on the rotors.

It could also be that the pads needs to be lubed.
I know when I change brake pads, I put that stuff behind the brake pads.

Since your car is not shaking when braking and the noise goes away, it would be my guess

I believe they still do, or at least they did on my 06 FX35.
It's an unwritten policy.

Take it to somewhere else and just say you have a noise there or describe the problem and don't know what it is. No inspection fee.

i've warped my oem's 4 times. but thats because i have done a few track days. i sick of replacing the rotors and pads. i warped them again but have not replaced them. they pulsate horribly right now. but i have new brakes on the way so not worried.

I have 8k on my G and as of today just noticed their warped, its been raining a ton lately and im pretty sure i must have braked hard and then hit some water with some bad cool down effect and warped them! only happens when im going near 80mph and hit the breaks the whole car and steering wheel shakes... sucks!!!

I don't see where warped rotors are a "wear item".
