Eibachs website is having issues so i couldn't check the part number, but........

Yeah bro. $50 to get it from Cali to AZ!! That sucks. I have never bought any car parts off ebay but i have heard to be careful cus some times you will get a knock off. But i dont know if thats true or not.

However, when you do lower your car, make sure you let me know if the dealership in AZ was cool with it.

You don't have to worry about the dealership, they can't say anything about lowering your car unless they can absolutely prove that it caused a specific issue. I just find this ebay sale strange since these springs aren't supposed to be released till september.

Not really. GB means a group has to be involved and also it could mean that there is a limited number before the price goes up. GB is different.
