Attention All BC Racing Coilover Guys, Check your Rears--Possible Install Error...
#32
I installed my BC's myself, and did it the same way as Max with the adjusting collar on top. That BC adjusting collar snaps right into place on the top, once the old rubber perch is removed. It looked like it was designed that way, it fit perfectly in place, with no slop. I dont know about you guys but mine are staying the way they are, just like Max's. If they really were designed to be the other way, then how the hell are you supposed to adjust them without removing the entire assembly. Doesn't make sense!

If you buy a TT kit and you install it with too much boost... and blow your engine... its not the TT kits fault... it was just installed wrong...
I really bet that 80% of BC guys are installed wrong....I know Chucky used my advice and pics for his...
Kid: lucky you to have them right!

oh man, AND u had an AutoX event this weekend. Now that blows!
and btw... not so much for wrong instructions or miscommunications and what not... its more so about customer service. These days that generally seems to be lacking... *NOT DIRECTING THAT AT BC* ....just waiting to see what is done and who chimes in here to resolve it for max and the others and how it is handled and sorted out.

Hey Max, I see that there is alot of people saying things on here about which way the BC should be put on but I think you are perfectly correct to post the pics up. I don't have them on my car but reading through all the posts if they are put on wrong at least you brought it to everyones attention. You don't want yourself or anyone else to have problems with this. God forbid anything happens while you are all driving. Also, if they are on wrong and they put them on correctly, I think that Forged should pay for everything to be done especially the aligment when there done. And then in return have BC pay forged for the money issue. Let them figure out who is wrong. Just my thought on this. Hopefully you get everything figured out. Good luck.
