If you want to go slammed then I would go coilovers because you can go slammed for track and shows. Then lift the car up for driving on the streets. But if your not going to track your car or anything like that and want a really good ride go with the Tanabe's. You can't go wrong with them..

UPDATE: I got my springs put on yesterday. Obviously they haven't settled yet, but I love them so far. It is indeed a slight drop, just enough to make the fenderwell gap disappear (moreso in the rear than the front) but there is no danger of any rubbing or bottoming out. They won't wear out your struts so fast. The ride doesn't seem any harsher than before to me. There is a noticeable improvement in handling as well as reduced squat/nosedive during acceleration/braking. I'm lovin em so far.

I put them on Saturday and so now I have a few hundred miles and 3 days of driving on them. I love them. I actually took "the road less traveled" coming home from the gym tonight; a twisty country back road with a few hills to put them through the paces. What amazes me is that they actually seem to ride a little bit smoother instead of rougher like a stiffer spring should. Defies the laws of physics. As far as handling, yes they are more planted and take curves significantly better and flatter. There was never much body roll on the sport G but what little there was is now even slighter. I definitely notice how they perform during abrupt lateral maneuvers like a quick lane change; the car seems like it's on rails. the drop is so slight that it's not what a lot of people would want. You car will not be low, it will simply eliminate the wheel well gap to where Infiniti should have had it in the first place.

I just got my Tanabe NF210 installed at Amp'd. The spring looks great and it feels slighty stiffer when you drive. Mine have not settled in yet but the rear and the front looks pretty low. Thank you Lou and his crew! GO Amp'd
