Springs or Coilovers?

What do i need to do to lower my g37 lets say about 1.2 in the front and 1 inch in the back?
Do i need springs or coilovers? If i need springs does that mean i need a sway bar or replace the struts.

I use my car as an everyday car and like to drive it agressively when theres no cops to my knowledge but i do not drive on the track or anything like that.

Springs only will acheive what you want... Eibach pro kit or H&R springs sound like what you need.
