guys if going with Tein's and pulling the trigger early on G35 springs I would go for H-Techs because keep in mind our cars are 250-300 lbs heavier than the G35 so the S-Techs will lower more on our G37s than what they are spec'd to lower on the 35 due to the weight - and the spring tension/rebound rate will act accordingly as if they are sitting on a G35 with extra people. When you put a few people in the G37 on top of it - you will be putting 400-ish more pounds than the springs were rated to lug around thereby giving yourself an IMO, unpractical especially on stock wheels, lowering amount to the point where you may bottom out on speed bumps, hit curbs easier, tires may rub, camber issues, extreme and irregular tire wear, etc.
In my opinion of you are jumpin the gun early - get the Tein H-Techs so that the drop you get with the added weight will resemble or approach that of what S-Techs were meant to do for the G35....
Me personally - I am all about a subtle drop that does not sacrifice ride quality by much, slightly improve handling, and just gives me a slightly lower than OEM look even with +1 sized wheels. So I am probably gonna go with G37 SPECIFIC Tein H-tech springs. Added bonuses of the subtle drop are
Either that or I may do coilovers but I feel that for my needs they may be overpriced and an overkill of a purchase since I only want about an inch up front and half inch in the back.....

- close to OEM tire tread wear
- less camber issues
- less risk of bottoming on speed bumps, curbs, less added drop from 1 or 2 extra passengers, etc.
- ride stays pretty refined on highway and cruises. Suspension (shocks/struts) is already somewhat sporty/stiff and should manage the equipping of some subtle springs...

very true, at first the H-techs just eliminates the fender gap, but after awhile I was surprised to see that the car settles very similarly to what S-tech might do to previous G35
